We at Subhiksha prefer to have a familial work culture rather than a corporate setup. Subhiksha, established in 1986, is and always has been a proven business house run by a small, tightly knit team of professionally educated individuals. Each and every employee in our team is bound more by personal relations than 'employee-employer contracts'.
